The Stragglers Rod and Kustom Charity Car Show and Family Fun Day is an annual event that happens out at Lake Karapiro. The day includes live bands, other entertainment and many kustom and classic cars. After spending the day at the lake, Christmas dinner will be held at Dalton's Planatation in Matamata. Dalton's Plantation has 11 different gardens to explore.
