About the Club

In late 2017 a small number of long time Jaguar enthusiasts gathered to discuss the possibility of forming a club within the Waikato region. Having placed an article within the local community newspapers 22 people gathered at a Hamilton Workingmen’s Club with an initial committee being formed. From there, over the next few months, events began to be planned – including a Christmas lunch at Dalton’s Estate in Matamata and a scenic drive up the Sea-Bird Coast to Kaiaua.

The purpose of the club is to enable vehicle owners and enthusiasts to enjoy their vehicles in a range of environments with like-minded people. Many events are family focused however as the club continues to develop we will plan to undertake longer weekend runs, including gathering with Jaguar Clubs from other regions.

Club Membership Fees are set at $50 per year, per family however where costs are to be incurred for specific events these costs will be advised ahead of the event.

The Committee is elected by the members and will plan events, generally on a monthly basis, that will cater to a range of interests. Each three years the club will join in with other Jaguar clubs at the National Rally – the next Rally will occur in 2021 in Taranaki. Other multi-club events will also be planned from time to time.

The club caters for all models of Jaguar’s from early models through to the latest models with events being planned that suit the broad range of cars, owners and enthusiasts – even those that don’t yet own a Jaguar vehicle.

If you are interested in becoming involved in the Club please contact us – we look forward to seeing you.
